Connect a Google Drive account to sync your workspace across devices and team members. Workspace data (opportunities, work orders, photos, notes) is stored as a single JSON file in your Drive.

Paste the URL of the shared Google Drive folder the whole team uses. Each opportunity is saved as its own file inside it, so two reps editing different records never overwrite each other. Create one folder, share it with every rep (Editor access), and everyone pastes the same URL here.
Full-workspace backup (single file — optional)
Legacy single-file backup via ☁ Save / ☁ Load. Useful as a whole-workspace snapshot, but it overwrites wholesale — prefer 🔄 Sync for day-to-day team use.
